She earned a B.A. in Management/Marketing from Sonoma State University and started in the boat loan business in 1996. Stacey Gilligan is a tax manager at the Santa Rosa office of Burr, Pilger and Mayer Inc, a regional accounting firm. She graduated from Sonoma State with a B.S. in Business Administration and she has been a CPA for 14 years.
