Details: Considering racing in the Pacific Cup? Curious about what it takes to make a passage to Hawaii? This panel discussion will expose you to ideas and first-hand experiences from sailors who have done the race on a variety of boats and with many different objectives. Learn the time and money involved, suitable boats for extended passages, safety requirement and more. And be sure to visit a race-ready boat will be at the dock with ocean-passage gear for your inspection. After the seminar, it’s party time! Come to our ‘hospitality event’ from 1630 to 1830, open to all past Pacific Cup racers and all interested in meeting and talking to those who have done it. A great time for informal questions and camaraderie!
